Community Solutions for Children, Families, and Individuals

Community Solutions offers a wide array of prevention, intervention, treatment, residential and housing services to the communities of South Santa Clara County and neighboring counties. Services include the El Toro Youth Center in Morgan Hill, which gives children a safe place to go after school, and the Family Advocate Program, which provides overburdened families with home visitation and mentoring services. This year, Community Solutions received a $23,298 grant through CFSV’s Community Impact Grant program.
