Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County

Seniors benefit from exercise at the Daybreak II program located at Catholic Charities’ John XXIII Senior Multi-Service Center in San Jose. The program provides activities for seniors and a needed respite for caregivers. Catholic Charities provides a full spectrum of housing, employment, education and emotional health services to clients to help them to break the cycle of poverty and live fulfilling lives. This year, Catholic Charities received $349,240 from Community Foundation Silicon Valley’s donor-advised funds, corporate-advised funds and supporting foundations.
