DEBBIE SILVEIRA
SENIOR DIRECTOR, GRANTS AND GIFTS ADMINISTRATION

As senior director for grants and gifts administration, Debbie oversees the department responsible for acknowledging and processing gifts to the community foundation and its component funds, as well as managing the processing of grants and scholarships. As part of the finance division, her department works to ensure timely payments to grantees.

Debbie joined Community Foundation Silicon Valley in 2000 and was promoted to donor services manager, with responsibility for donor advised funds and special project funds.

Prior to CFSV, Debbie worked in the medical field for approximately 16 years where she held various positions, including dental assistant/clerk and medical assistant in an urgent care facility and an orthopedic clinic. Debbie has training in medical assisting.

Debbie lives in Silicon Valley and enjoys everything about it, especially the great connections she has made with many people. In her free time, Debbie enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dogs Lacey, Harley and Daisy.
