John C. Liu
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

As a senior accountant, John is responsible for monthly investment accounts reconciliation, general ledger accounts variance analysis and reconciliation and assisting the community foundation's accounting department with special projects.

John holds a bachelor of science degree in managerial accounting from the school of business and public administration at New York University. Upon graduation, John also received the NYU Founder's Day Award for his good academic records.

Prior to joining the community foundation, John served 15 years as a senior accountant and database information system manager at MetroComm, a telecommunication wholesaler and payphone service provider for San Francisco, Oakland and San José.

John lives in Cupertino and is a proud parent of Jimmy and Andy. Other activities he enjoys are music, traveling, movies, dirt bikes and good food.
