RICA BAUTISTA
GRANTS AND GIFTS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Rica is the assistant to the senior director of grants and gifts administration at Silicon Valley Community Foundation. She also provides administrative support to the grants and gifts administration officers and to the grants and gifts administration department.

Rica graduated from University of California, Riverside with a Bachelor of Science in business administration. After graduation, she returned to the Bay Area and worked as an administrative assistant and a subrogation specialist for a third-party agency that handles automobile claims. Prior to joining Silicon Valley Community Foundation, she worked as a bookkeeper for a distributing company.

In her spare time, Rica enjoys watching movies, reading, visiting her family in Texas, and traveling with friends.
