ERIKA WILLIAMS
Founder, The Erika Williams Group
Erika Williams serves on corporate boards and as interim chief executive officer for venture-backed companies. In recent years, she has been the interim CEO of Resilience Corp, a provider of secure appliances, Atesto Technologies, Inc., a provider of web-based testing and monitoring tools and Object Reservoir, a provider of modeling tools for the petroleum industry. From 1998 to 2000, Erika was president and CEO of Force Computers, Inc. Prior to joining Force, she led Cincinnati Microwave Inc. and served as CEO and COO for Systems Integrators, Inc. During her 17-year tenure at Amdahl Corporation (now Fujitsu), she held positions of increasing responsibility in marketing, manufacturing, engineering and general management, ultimately leading the company’s second largest division. Erika also held technical positions at Arthur D. Little, LVT and Chase Manhattan.
Erika is a senior fellow of the American Leadership Forum, an executive fellow for the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Santa Clara University and a business advisor with Pacific Community Ventures. Erika has served on the boards of the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley and Emergency Housing Consortium, and has been a member of the advisory board of the Graduate School of Business at the University of California, Davis. Erika has a master of management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and master of science and bachelor of science in computer science from Boston University. |
