ANNE M. YAMAMOTO

Anne is a partner at Frank, Rimerman & Co., LLP, where she leads both the services to individuals and the tax departments. She also serves on the firm’s advisory committee. Anne has over 30 years of tax experience. Since joining the firm 20 years ago, she has provided tax and financial advice to many of Silicon Valley’s business leaders. Her clients include venture capitalists, founders and chief executive officers of some of the area’s largest companies.

Anne is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She has served on the tax practice and procedures subcommittee and the tax practice management subcommittee. Anne is also a member of the California State Society of CPA’s. Anne has served on many local nonprofit boards. She also is a past chairman for both the Peninsula Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired, and the Palo Alto Red Cross boards. Anne currently serves as treasurer for Medaka no Gakko, an Asian cultural arts school.
