Greg Gallo is a partner in DLA Piper USL, LLP, in East Palo Alto. He concentrates on public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, new company formations, venture capitol financing, joint ventures, technology transfers and general business consulting. Greg is listed in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business, comprised by the respected global legal publisher Chambers & Partners. In 2005, Greg was named a “Northern California super lawyer” as the result of a joint research project conducted by Law & Politics and San Francisco magazines. In 2001, he was cited in the publication The Lawyer as one of the top 10 Silicon Valley lawyers and in 1998, California Law Business named him one of California’s 100 most influential lawyers.

An active community servant, Greg serves on the board of American Leadership Forum and Entrepreneurs Foundation, and formerly served on the boards of the American Red Cross, Palo Alto Chapter and Family and Child Services. He is also the former chairman of the Senior Coordinating Council of Palo Alto. Greg is a fellow of the American Leadership Forum and a guest lecturer at the University of California at Berkeley Graduate School of Business Administration and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
