Community Conference Space

Conference RoomSilicon Valley Community Foundation provides free community meeting space for nonprofit organizations. Use our state-of-the-art facilities to host meetings, trainings, informal gatherings or retreats.

Conference facilities are available at no charge to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations from San Mateo and Santa Clara counties, local public agencies and branches of national organizations. All groups must provide a certificate of insurance naming Silicon Valley Community Foundation as an additional insured party.

Community conference facilities are available on a first come, first served basis.

Mountain View Headquarters

All rooms offer wireless Internet access. Capacity ranges from eight to 125 people and some rooms offer high-tech projectors, DVD and CD players, and video conferencing capabilities.

Please note that there will be a charge for conference room usage if it is after regular office hours (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) and requires a staff member to be present.

San Mateo County Conference Center

Our San Mateo County Conference Center is a convenient gathering place on the Peninsula.

Our three available rooms can host groups ranging from 50 to 120 attendees each. The center is designed to comfortably accommodate a wide range of events.

Please note that there will be a charge for conference room usage if it is after regular office hours (8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) and requires a staff member to be present.
