Christine M. Morissette

Christine is responsible for researching and processing both international and domestic grant recommendations. She conducts due diligence and verifies grant compliance. She also prepares and mails grant award letters and assists clients with questions and requests.

Christine earned a bachelor’s degree from Emerson College with a major in political communication. She served as the community programs intern for Boston Cares and as a fellow for Massachusetts Campus Compact. Prior to joining the community foundation, Christine worked as an accounting specialist for a CPA firm in Los Angeles gaining extensive customer service experience and working with clients and government agencies to ensure accurate record keeping and reporting.

Christine was born and raised in Providence, RI and currently lives in San Jose with her partner, Joanna and miniature dachshund, Lola. She has worked with various organizations to raise awareness and money for cancer research. Christine enjoys travelling, going to drive-in movies and video chatting with her nieces and nephews.
