Providing Scholarship Opportunities for Students Pursuing Higher Education
The community foundation managed scholarship programs listed below support a variety of students. Each year the community foundation awards more than $600,000 to hundreds of bright, promising students. While some scholarships focus on academic achievement, school and community service and specific majors, others seek to motivate students who show academic potential. All of these programs consider financial need and/or unusual hardships. The application deadline for most of our community foundation managed scholarships is in late February. We strongly encourage students to thoroughly review the program descriptions and eligibility criteria to identify the scholarships for which they are qualified.
