Community Input Project
The mission of the community foundation is to strengthen the common good, improve the quality of life and address the most challenging problems throughout San Mateo and Santa Clara counties. To that end, we have launched a Community Input Project.
A key component of the Community Input Project is a series of nine strategic conversations with community leaders, practitioners, advocates and other funders around key issues. We identified these issues through careful review of local data, studies and county government-issued reports. We have also listened to the issues and concerns raised by community members and leaders.
These conversations will help us determine gaps and identify strategic and timely opportunities so together, we can make a significant difference in our diverse community.
Conversations are framed by issue briefs and summarized in proceedings documents. We encourage you to access these documents and learn more by clicking on the links.
