Erika Williams

Erika Williams brings 20-plus years of senior executive experience in the global high-tech industry to her current work serving on corporate and nonprofit boards and as an interim chief executive officer for venture-backed companies.
During her 17-year tenure at Amdahl Corporation, now known as Fujitsu, Erika held positions in marketing, manufacturing and engineering and ultimately led the company's second largest division. She subsequently served as CEO and Chairman of Cincinnati Microwave, Inc., and as CEO of Force Computers, Atesto Technologies and Resilience Corporation.
Currently, Erika serves on the board of VPEP Corporation, and on the advisory board of MediFirst Systems.
Her nonprofit board experience includes past service at the Emergency Housing Consortium, the Graduate School of Business at University of California, Davis and the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley. Currently, she is a national advisor for Hispanic-Net, an advisory board member of the MIT Sloan Alumni Club of Northern California, and a mentor with Menttium 100.
Erika has a master's degree in management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and both Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in computer science from Boston University. She was born and raised in Bolivia and emigrated to the United States after completing high school.
