Greg Gallo is a partner in DLA Piper USL, LLP, in East Palo Alto. He concentrates on corporate governance, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, new company formations, venture capital financing, joint ventures, technology transfers and general business consulting.

An active community servant, Greg serves on the board of American Leadership Forum and formerly served on the boards of the American Red Cross, Palo Alto Chapter, Family and Child Services, and Entrepreneurs Foundation. He is also the former chairman of Avenidas. Greg is a fellow of the American Leadership Forum and has been a guest lecturer at the University of California at Berkeley Graduate School of Business Administration and Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
