Isabel Fernandez

Human Resources Generalist

Isabel plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the human resources department and is responsible for a variety of staffing, benefits and training functions.

She has six years of human resources and administrative experience. Prior to joining the community foundation, she worked for Wells Fargo Bank in a variety of positions and San Jose Medical Group.

Isabel attended San Jose State University and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in human resources management. She has also earned a professional human resources certification and is fluent in Spanish.

Isabel lives in San Jose with her husband and enjoys volunteering at the elementary school where her mother and sister teach.
