Katie Moog

Gifts Associate

As a Gifts Associate, Katie is responsible for tracking, processing and recording gifts, receipts and accounts receivable. She also prepares and mails gift acknowledgement letters, maintains gift and receipt records, and assists donors with questions and requests.

Katie earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego in 2000 with a major in Communication and Media Studies. She has extensive experience providing administrative support and customer service to internal and external clients.  Katie’s varied background includes work as a sales administrator for an e-commerce company, the curator’s assistant at a military history museum in Hawaii and a campaign assistant working on a $6 million capital campaign at Norfolk Botanical Garden in Virginia.

Katie was born and raised in San Diego and currently lives with her husband, daughter and son in Santa Clara. She is an active volunteer in her children’s schools.Katie enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, visiting amusement parks, reading and cooking.
