Meredith Lee

Assistant Manager of School-Age Programs, Raising a Reader

As assistant manager of school-age programs, Meredith is responsible for supporting efforts to expand Raising A Reader programming to school-age populations and for developing resources, training materials, and the curriculum for our K-3 program. She also provides technical assistance with affiliates serving school-aged classrooms.

Prior to joining Raising A Reader, Meredith attended graduate school at Brown University where she earned an M.A. in Urban Education Policy. During her time at Brown, she focused her research on program evaluation as well as early childhood and young adult literacy.

Meredith originally hails from New England and completed her undergraduate work at the University of New Hampshire in Classics. She just recently relocated to the Bay Area and is excited to have the opportunity to work with Raising A Reader. When she’s not sampling all of the tasty cuisine the Bay Area has to offer, she enjoys reading, baking, taking road trips, and crafting.
