Ray Bramson
Donor Engagement Officer
As a donor engagement officer, Ray manages a portfolio of donor advised funds, providing responsive philanthropic support and expertise to ensure a world-class experience for Silicon Valley Community Foundation donors.
Ray comes to the community foundation from EHC LifeBuilders where, as director of development, he played a significant role in revitalizing a critically important Santa Clara County safety net organization. Prior to joining EHC, Ray worked with the San Jose Conservation Corps as a program coordinator for the Youth Corps program. An alumnus of University of California, Santa Barbara, Ray spent the year following his graduation as a Corps Member in Americorps NCCC, working in communities throughout the southeastern United States.
Today, Ray lives in Santa Cruz with his wife, Krista, and their dog, Huckleberry. He remains active in the community, currently volunteering on the board of directors for My New Red Shoes, a nonprofit that serves school-age, homeless children in the Bay Area. To relax, Ray enjoys diving, backpacking, and fishing with friends and family.
