Silicon Valley Community Foundation administers a variety of scholarship programs that grant up to $40,000 to high school, community college and university students. The majority of our scholarships are designated for current or former residents of San Mateo, Santa Clara and San Francisco counties. Since 2007, our scholarship programs have awarded more than $11.2 million to help students pursue higher education.
All scholarships have been established by generous individuals, corporations or organizations to assist students with their education. Whether the scholarships were created to honor loved ones or provide opportunities for specific communities, each helps young people achieve their dreams. There are two categories for our scholarships: SVCF Managed Scholarships and Donor Involved Scholarships. Students: Please read through the descriptions and eligibility requirements for each scholarship in both categories.
