Professional Advisors: Join SVCF for breakfast and networking in San Jose or San Francisco

SVCF’s Professional Advisor Breakfast Series is an annual program that provides advisors with opportunities to learn about philanthropic trends and best practices, network and understand the resources available to further their clients’ philanthropic goals.

We will host two events this April, one in San Jose and one in San Francisco. Both will introduce SVCF’s Regional Fund, a strategic endeavor to find regional solutions for the challenges that face a wide range of Bay Area communities.

Vu-Bang Nguyen, program officer for SVCF’s building strong communities grantmaking strategy, will show how SVCF’s new regional focus reflects the changing dynamic among donors, who believe that Bay Area community needs extend beyond county lines.

Through the Silicon Valley Regional Fund, SVCF is raising funds to expand housing and transportation strategies that link nonprofit organizations in San Francisco, San Mateo and Santa Clara counties. Learn how you can better advise your clients in their philanthropic giving to tackle the issues most important to them on a regional level.
