In this episode, we prepare to serve a healthy dialogue over dinner in a very communal way – with "On The Table."

On Nov. 15, individuals and organizations throughout San Mateo and Santa Clara counties in California will host On the Table discussions. We hope these discussions will bring together thousands of Silicon Valley residents to have a meal, talk about our region's housing challenges – and think about what we can do to solve them.

In this podcast, SVCF's Manuel Santamaria and Mauricio Palma describe the idea behind On the Table, how people can get involved, and what participants should expect.
