SVCF celebrates Pride Month: highlighting organizations serving LGBTQ+ communities

Pride Month is celebrated in June to commemorate the June 1969 Stonewall uprising in Manhattan, a major turning point in the United States for social and political movements to secure recognition, respect and equal rights for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and queer communities. This Pride Month, along with so many other organizations, individuals and families, SVCF honors the history, achievements and resilience of LGBTQ+ communities.

In the spirit of Pride Month and advancing equity in our region, SVCF encourages you to support these local organizations serving LGBTQ+ communities in San Mateo and Santa Clara counties.

If you are a fundholder at SVCF and wish to give through your advised fund to one of the organizations listed below, you may use our online donor portal to recommend a grant, or you may contact your philanthropy advisor or send an email to Corporate partners of SVCF may also contact their philanthropy advisors directly.
