Caitlin Dally

Development Officer

As a development officer, Caitlin is responsible for supporting SVCF’s custom philanthropy services and outreach efforts to build new philanthropic relationships with individuals, corporations, and nonprofits. Caitlin supports clients through the contracting process to receive custom client driven services ranging from accounting and back-office support to philanthropic strategic planning, to engage in forms of charitable giving. 
 
Caitlin comes to SVCF with a background in nonprofit management, development management and strategic partnerships, and government grantmaking. Before joining SVCF she served as the development manager at BALANCE, a nonprofit housing and financial counseling service provider, where she managed strategic and partnership development, alongside all development activities including fundraising, grant writing and donor cultivation. Prior to her work there, Caitlin worked at the Cities for Financial Empowerment Fund, a progressive programmatic, research, and public policy organization that provides funding and technical assistance to mayors and their teams to develop, launch, replicate and test financial empowerment strategies.   
 
Caitlin is a graduate of the University of San Francisco with a bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in International Studies. In her free time Caitlin can be found volunteering at the San Francisco SPCA, the largest animal welfare organization on the West Coast.
