Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President, Finance and Operations

Federica HughesFederica reports to the chief financial officer and is responsible for day to day operations within the finance and administration division.

Prior to joining the nonprofit world, Federica worked in retail channel management, tax, estate planning and operations.
During her time as operations manager she was responsible for employee records management, payroll coordination, vendor management, large party contracts and coordination, as well as managing the company’s online presence and coordinating outreach with Mountain View’s historical society and print media.  Her drive and enthusiasm stems from treating each position as though she were running her own business.

Federica holds a JD from Mississippi College School of Law and an undergrad degree in sociology from University of California, Santa Barbara. Originally from Germany, she speaks Italian, German and passable French. She also enjoys treasure hunting at auction, photography, Schatzilein- her miniature schnauzer, and perfecting her mother’s ravioli.
