Gilroy Garlic Festival Victims Relief Fund - Final Distribution Report

Gilroy Donation
Local businesses and families hosted countless fundraisers to support those affected by the Garlic Festival shooting. Here, children who hosted a lemonade stand deliver a $3,500 donation to the Gilroy Foundation in August 2019.

General Hardship grants were determined by committee review and approval based on an application and verification of income level. Grants for victims in categories A-F required committee approval and hospital verification.
