Senior Manager, Donor Services, Gifts
Linda Pray is responsible for leading and managing the gifts administration unit, ensuring the timely, accurate and compliant processing of incoming assets and revenue for SVCF and our customized philanthropy clients. With SVCF’s strategic vision in mind, she positions the unit to meet the growing needs and challenging opportunities of SVCF’s diverse clientele. She collaborates with all departments of the community foundation and financial partners for gift transactions to facilitate efficient processing and to ensure the integrity of gift and revenue records.
A graduate of San Jose State University, Linda received a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in human resources management and a minor in psychology. Prior to joining SVCF as a gifts associate in May 2010, Linda had more than 10 years of experience in human resources in the high tech sector providing internal customer service to multiple and international client groups. She worked on special company projects, participated on cross functional teams, performed statistical analysis, compiled reports and coached managers and employees.
Linda is a native Californian and currently lives in San Jose with her husband and son. In her spare time, she enjoys going out on day trips, snorkeling on vacations and any activity involving her family. At home, she enjoys making crafts and quilting.
