As the Facilities Manager, Phil is responsible for talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, metrics and salary administration.
Phil has more than 15 years of experience in human resources focusing within the staffing and college programs arenas. Prior to joining the community foundation, Phil worked in the high tech semiconductor industries for IBM, Applied Materials, Seagate and Basic Chemical Solutions, L.L.C.
Phil holds a bachelor of science degree in organizational behavior from the University of San Francisco. He lives in Los Gatos with his wife, Ruth, while his step-son Ben lives in southern California.
