Renee Farris

Manager, Corporate Responsibility 

Renee is passionate about helping companies integrate social impact into their DNA. As a corporate responsibility manager, she provides advice on the best strategies, programs, and innovative industry trends. Nothing makes her happier than engaging employees, customers, and communities on ways to do good.
 
Before coming to SVCF, Renee worked as a social impact consultant and assisted a variety of companies such as Ben & Jerry’s, Etsy, and REI. She also started an immigration outreach department for the federal government, directed programs for a nonprofit school in Kenya, published corporate responsibility articles for Triple Pundit, and served as a chapter chair for the nonprofit Acumen.
 
Renee is a lifelong learner. She’s currently studying sustainable management at Presidio Graduate School. Previously, she earned a master’s in business administration from Florida International University and completed a GRI sustainability certificate program.
 
She’s traveled to 21 countries and enjoys cycling, photography and hiking. Her favorite experiences have been camping the Serengeti with a lion outside her tent, scuba diving with sea turtles, and riding a camel in the Sahara Desert.
