Xilinx Gives

In recognition of financial donations or volunteer hours to a non-profit, Global Corporate and Community Engagement offers an e-Rewards Match Program for eligible employees and Board of Directors. This program seeks to develop local community relationships through funding and involvement that encourages active participation, teamwork, and volunteerism. The XilinxGives vision is to create and support charitable giving programs around the globe that set the standard for systemic change and measurable results.

Eligible employees and Board of Directors may submit a request to match their contributions and subject to available funds, will receive a GlobalGiving e-Reward in the form of an electronic gift card.

Check out the many ways you can redeem your e-Reward on GlobalGiving. It is the first and largest global crowdfunding community that connects nonprofits, donors, and companies in nearly every country around the world. This platform makes it possible for eligible Xilinx employees and Board of Directors to give globally.

Eligibility Requirements and Guidelines

Eligibility Requirements

  1. All active Xilinx employees and members of the Board of Directors are eligible to participate in the e-Rewards Match Program.
     
  2. The fiscal year (April 1-March 31) maximum per employee is $500 USD for any combination of financial donations or volunteer hours.

e-Reward Guidelines for Financial Donations

  1. The minimum donation to request an e-Reward is $50 USD.
     
  2. Financial donations must be made to a non-profit.
     
  3. Requests are approved and distributed quarterly.
     
  4. e-Rewards will be sent in the form of an email from Silicon Valley Community Foundation for U.S. employees and XilinxGives for international employees.
     
  5. Approval of requests are at the discretion of the Corporate and Community Engagement Director and subject to available funds.

e-Reward Guidelines for Volunteer Hours

  1. A minimum of 5 hours must be completed prior to requesting an e-Reward.
     
  2. Volunteer hours must be served at a non-profit.
     
  3. Volunteer hours may be served with either a single or multiple organization(s) to reach the minimum required.
     
  4. Volunteer hours are credited at $25 USD with a maximum of 20 hours per fiscal year.
     
  5. Requests are approved and distributed quarterly.
     
  6. e-Rewards will be sent in the form of an email from Silicon Valley Community Foundation for U.S. employees and XilinxGives for international employees.
     
  7. Approval of requests are at the discretion of the Corporate and Community Engagement Director and subject to available funds.
